The heads are forged from 4150, medium Carbon, low alloy steel, and the octagonal handles are hand crafted of American hickory. This camp axe sports a nominal 4-1/2” cutting edge and a 19” handle. Overall weight is 2-3/4 pounds. PLEASE NOTE: This batch does not come with blade covers.
