Spoon Adze with Tiger Maple Handle

This adze packs a punch without the weight. This small adze is forged from solid 5160 alloy steel. It has a hand crafted, 8 1/2" long hickory handle, stained and finished with a penetrating oil/varnish mix. The aggressive round sweep blade is 1 1/2" across. Overall weight is just over one pound. This adze is ideal for roughing out spoons, kuksas and small bowls.
