Spoon Knife, Blade Only

By popular request, I am offering some of our spoon knife blades without handles. Included with each blade is an extra tang you can use to burn the handle hole for a perfect fit without the risk of overheating the knife.

The result of years of experience in wood carving and toolmaking, this spoon knife is just the tool for carving the hollow part of wooden spoons. The blade is plasma cut from O-1 tool steel, forged into a hollow, bent into a variable sweep curve, hardened, tempered, ground, and sharpened.
